For eye clinics
Finding the right person for a job is itself a difficult task and psychologically tiring. We offer a recruitment service in conjunction with the orthoptic locum service. It adopts the "try before you buy" model which makes hiring so much easy, efficient and cost-effective. You have an opportunity to observe the potential hire's work ethics and personality while they provide you the locum service on the same day.
There is a transfer fee if you decide to offer the locum orthoptist a permanent job following their service for you. The fee is dependent on their years of orthoptic experience. Poaching an orthoptist is not desirable and immoral.
For a recruitment fee, you can also request for us to find and screen the best suited orthoptist(s) for your practice. As we do not operate like a recruitment agency, we don't have any reasons to charge you like what they would do today. We want our recruitment fee to be affordable for you, and at the same time we want to ensure that you hire the right person for your clinic.

For orthoptists
We are always on a lookout for any orthoptists interested in extra work through our orthoptic locum service. This is ideal for orthoptic graduates, orthoptists who are currently working part time elsewhere, orthoptists who are returning from maternity leave, and orthoptists planning to return to study. We have also taken overseas optometrists on board as an ophthalmic technician.
